In a perfect world, everyone can always make their bookings – however, life is often unpredictable. Booking an appointment at Brisbane Lash Lab is an acceptance of these T&C’s and if you can’t make your booking and need to reschedule or cancel, our salon needs 24 hours notice at a minimum. If you cancel on the same day as your booking, it leaves a gap which is difficult to fill at the last minute – it means that other clients on the wait-list often miss out, too!

A late-cancellation fee of $50 is charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
Please note If you regularly give us less than 24 hours notice or don’t show up at all without calling, please expect that we will require you to pre-pay for your future bookings.
To ensure Brisbane Lash Lab is using the appointment time to fill your lashes with extensions please come with clean lashes
•Remove any eye makeup/contact lenses
•Do not wear waterproof/resistant mascara or liquid eyeliner for at least 48hrs prior your appointment
•Do not tint, perm or curl lashes with a clamp curler at least 48hrs prior your appointment
•Do not use oil near eye area, inc: oily make-up remover, cleansers, eye cream, sunscreen, etc, near your lashes for at least 24 hours prior your appointment
•Please advise if you have: Eye infection, conjunctivitis, sore/swollen eyes, recent laser surgery, etc
•Weird request – please avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment if possible, as this may cause your eyes to twitch during the application.
Refills require 40% of the remaining lash extensions. Less then this will be charge either at an extended refill or a fullset. You will be advised before treatment commences.
It is highly recommended all refills are booked in advance to secure your preferred day/time.
